The project

How it came together.

  • Steel frame
  • Board cladding
  • Custom-milled radiuses
  • Shadow-gap detailing
  • Curved benches
  • Glazed frontage

The kiosk was a render first. The job was to build it as drawn.

A steel frame went up on site, then plywood and cement board, then the radiused walls, shadow gaps and curved benches were finished so every surface runs on from the next. Inside, the glass frontage was fitted and adjusted panel by panel.

Built by Moonwest and completed on schedule.
