How does it start?

Message us on WhatsApp with the space, a few photos and your area. We arrange a free site visit within 48 hours, then send an itemised quotation within 3 working days.

Is the work guaranteed?

Yes. Our workmanship carries a 12-month warranty from handover.

Who handles permits?

We do. Dubai Municipality and DEWA approvals for the works are handled by Moonwest.

Do you handle MEP as well as finishes?

Yes. Moonwest is licensed for air-conditioning, ventilation, electromechanical, electrical and plumbing works, and for finishes including false ceilings, partitions, tiling, painting, carpentry, wood flooring, wallpaper and plaster.

Can I stay in my home during works?

Often, yes. Tell us at the site visit and we'll plan the order of works and protection around you.

Do you design the space?

Bring your own design, references or photos. We'll advise on what works technically and price the scope.

Do you maintain swimming pools?

Yes, swimming pool maintenance is part of our licensed activities. Ask us on WhatsApp.
