Apartment renovation in Motor City, Dubai

The before footage shows the original kitchen and living area: dated cabinets, some with doors missing.

The bathrooms were waterproofed first, with the tile layouts and dimensions marked on the walls, and walls were chased for new conduits before anything was closed up.

Now going in: a white shaker kitchen with a blue-grey tile splashback and built-in hob, a sage subway-tile shower niche with a linear drain, an oak tall unit and vanity, a brass tap on terracotta tile, a new DB with Hager breakers and a network rack.

Handover is due in November 2026. Final photos follow at handover.
